Please allow 2–3 working days for order verification and packing before dispatch.
Delivery within the United Kingdom normally takes 7–14 working days after dispatch.
Your order is expected to arrive within 9–17 working days after order confirmation. Estimates exclude weekends and UK public holidays. Customs clearance may occasionally cause a short delay.
Returns
Start a return through WhatsApp before sending an item back. Contact us within 14 days of delivery by email at vivistyle.hello@gmail.com or via WhatsApp, quoting your order number and the reason for return — we will confirm your return instructions within 1-2 business days.
For eligible online orders, you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 calendar days beginning the day after you receive your order. Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned unless defective. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
For a change-of-mind or size return, the buyer is responsible for return postage, and we recommend using a tracked shipping service. Once your return is approved, we will confirm the return address with you before you send the item back.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will provide a replacement or a full refund including any return shipping costs.
