These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the vivlook.co.uk website and your purchases from Vivlook. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms. Vivlook is an international online retailer that ships to customers in the United Kingdom and worldwide. Registered business: Vivlook, Room 1, Floors 5-6, Unit 3, Building 4, Plot G, Xiangyang Evergrande Street View, Qinglong Village, Yinji Township, Xiangcheng District, Xiangyang, Hubei, China.
We take care to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens and in real life. All products are subject to availability; if an item is unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and offer a substitute, a refund, or a store credit as you prefer.
All prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. A contract between us is formed only when we confirm your order by email. If a price is obviously incorrect, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
We accept payment via PayPal and, for orders arranged through WhatsApp (+44 7942 084263), by UK bank transfer. Payment is taken when your order is confirmed. We use trusted payment providers and never store your full card details. The payment methods available for your order are always shown at checkout.
Orders are shipped from our fulfilment partners overseas to the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are shown on the Delivery & Returns page and at checkout. We aim to dispatch within the time stated on each product page.
You may return unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please see the Delivery & Returns page for the full policy, including how to start a return and who pays for return shipping.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for anything that cannot be limited by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
